Getting Started:

New to automation? Start here to learn how our onboarding process works and what to expect.

Book a free automation audit using the 'Get Free Audit' button on our website. We'll schedule a 15-20 minute call to understand your business, identify where you're losing leads, and show you exactly how our automation system will help. If it's a good fit, we'll get you onboarded within 7-10 days.

We'll need basic information about your business: your services, pricing, availability, frequently asked questions, and your booking process. We'll also need access to your website (if you have one) or branding materials like your logo and colors. We guide you through everything during onboarding.

Most automation systems are live within 7-10 business days. This includes building your AI chatbot and voice agent (if applicable), setting up workflows, creating your booking calendar, and training you on the system.

Not at all. We build everything for you. You'll just need to know how to check your dashboard to view leads and manage appointments—which is as easy as using email or social media.

We'll build you a professional landing page with your branding, services, and booking calendar at no extra cost. It's included in both plans.

Your system runs 24/7 automatically. You'll receive notifications when new leads come in, and you can manage everything from your dashboard. We provide ongoing email support, and Complete plan clients get quarterly optimization reviews.

Billing & Account

Questions about pricing, payments, contracts, and managing your account.

No. Unlike other agencies that charge $1,000-3,000 in setup fees, we include everything in your monthly price.

We require a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure your automation has time to deliver results. After 3 months, service continues month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

You can cancel anytime after your 3-month minimum by providing 30 days' written notice. Email support@thrivingautomations.com and we'll process your cancellation.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). You'll be billed automatically on the same day each month.

We're confident you'll see results, but if you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, let us know and we'll work with you to make it right. Our goal is to help you capture more leads and grow your business.
